Quality ManagerThe successful Quality Manager will oversee the technical functions responsible for ensuring manufacturing processes are capable, repeatable, and positioned to consistently deliver against customer expectations. With responsibility spanning quality, engineering, metallurgical, and laboratory activities, this leader will focus on strengthening process discipline, improving yield, and solving complex manufacturing challenges.Responsibilities:Create greater consistency across manufacturing by establishing technical standards, process controls, and operating practices that reduce variationAttack the primary drivers of scrap, nonconformance, and yield loss through disciplined analysis and permanent corrective actionsCoordinate technical resources across Quality, Engineering, Metallurgy, and Laboratory functions to resolve complex production and product issuesGuide new product and process introductions from initial requirements through qualification and manufacturing readinessRepresent the organization on technical matters involving customers, auditors, and applicable regulatory organizationsCore Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline7+ years of progressive engineering and/or quality leadership experiencePreferred Requirements:Master's degreeExperience with ISO 9001 or comparable quality management systems
