Apartment Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description Job Description We are seeking an Apartment Maintenance Supervisor for an apartment community in the Tampa Bay Area. This leadership role manages the maintenance team, oversees unit turns and service requests, and ensures the property is safe, well-maintained, and resident-focused. Responsibilities Lead and schedule maintenance staff; provide training and daily direction. Oversee work orders, unit make-ready process, and preventative maintenance. Perform higher-level troubleshooting and repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances. Coordinate vendors, maintain maintenance records, and help manage budget-related maintenance activities. Qualifications Strong apartment maintenance background with lead or supervisory experience. EPA Type II or Universal certification preferred. Proven leadership, organization, and communication skills.
