TwoPointO Capital (“TPO”) is a U.S.-based real estate private equity firm focused on acquiring and developing commercial properties through private real estate investments sponsored and co-managed alongside specialized operating partners.

TPO’s investment activities span the multifamily, industrial, seniors housing, active adult, and medical office asset classes, including Qualified Opportunity Zone and public private partnership strategies, with exposure across more than 20 U.S. states.
