Work Schedule: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PMDay-to-Day Role:Follow and commit to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for safety, quality, production, efficiency, and service requirementsFollow practices and processes intended to provide safe products that comply with appropriate laws and regulations, meet the company quality standardsFollow and commit to safety and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)Create, track, review, validate and manage finite schedule and supply plans while considering Rough Cut Capacity Plan (RCCP), finished goods, Work in Process (WIP), forecasted demand, customer orders, dependent demand, replenishment orders, plant capacity, cycling plans, manufacturing efficiencies and various other dependenciesCreate, review and maintain raw material signals across the MRP planning horizon which supports production planning and schedulingPrioritize customer orders and revise production schedules as necessaryUtilize Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application and tools to facilitate the efficient use of resourcesIdentify, analyze and anticipate required resources, materials and changes to meet unforeseen conditions, schedule variances, delays or other changesCommunicate and collaborate with internal departments as neededTrack and maintain appropriate documentationCreate, compile, review, update and deliver required reportsDevelop and communicate contingency plans and prioritiesPromptly investigate and respond to requestsCore Skills and Qualifications:The ideal candidate must possess all of the following:Requires one of the following:High school diploma with four (4) years related experience, orBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field with related coursework or internship in production planning and schedulingAbility to identify issues, compare data, investigate and resolve discrepanciesAbility to calculate, analyze, and interpret information and recommend solutionsExcellent verbal and written skills used to communicate to internal customersExperience using Microsoft Office, including the ability to create reports, documents, presentations and spreadsheets in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPointStrong attention to detail and accuracyOrganizational skills including the ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlinesAbility to perform root cause analysis to determine corrective actionsDemonstration of minimum proficiency with the English language in order to ensure effective new hire training and on-going communications about safety and quality issues.Preferred Skills and Qualifications:APICS certificationExperience utilizing ERP / SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) experience #LI-ZB1 Overview: Dart makes everyday products that give people the freedom to enjoy the food & drinks they love, wherever they are.
