Position: Office Receptionist / Administrative Assistant
Location: Yuma, AZ
Schedule: Temporary Assignment (3 Days)
Hours: 7:45 AM - 5:00 PM - September 9th, 10th, and 11th.
Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and friendly Office Receptionist/Administrative Assistant for a temporary 3-day assignment in Yuma. This position will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and veterans, providing excellent customer service while supporting daily office operations.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and take accurate messages.
- Greet and assist veterans and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support.
- Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area.
- Assist with filing, data entry, and other office duties as assigned.
- Communicate effectively with staff and visitors.
Qualifications
- Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office environment.
- Proficiency with basic office equipment and computer programs.
- No medical background required.
Requirements
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must be able to pass a drug screening.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
Dress Code
- Business Casual attire, or
- Scrubs of any color.
