About the Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished, executive-level Account Executive to expand the company’s presence among operationally complex commercial organizations.

This is a consultative sales role for someone who can create credibility without relying on a widely recognized brand. The ideal candidate can navigate complex buying decisions, build consensus among senior stakeholders, and close substantial engagements in a growth-oriented environment.

The successful candidate will step into an active pipeline of qualified opportunities and focus on advancing relationships, leading executive discovery, developing business cases, and closing new business.

Complex Solution-Selling Success
A demonstrated record of closing complex B2B software, technology, consulting, or professional-services engagements valued at more than $100,000.

Executive-Level Selling Skills
The ability to uncover operational and financial pain, challenge existing assumptions, and communicate effectively with owners, C-suite executives, and other senior decision-makers.

Growth-Company Experience
An understanding of how to succeed in a growing organization where priorities evolve, resources must be used thoughtfully, and sales professionals are expected to operate with independence. Experience helping build or improve a commercial function is strongly preferred.
