Job Description This job is responsible for achieving goals through coding and/or metadata management, support and technical direction for platforms and operations working under guided supervision when needed. Key responsibilities include interacting with managers and partners to identify, research, analyze and resolve complex problems or to develop significant process enhancements. Job expectations include translating business needs into technical requirements for supported platforms, working independently with direction. The Email Channel Manager role is responsible for executing marketing and servicing email campaigns within Bank of America's Email Channel. We seek a proven leader who can manage the execution of campaigns and project work as well as think strategically in a highly regulated, critical, and visible channel. This candidate should be able to lead cross-functional work teams and work independently and in large group settings, as well as handle multiple assignments concurrently. This candidate will also be responsible for detailed review of email accuracy throughout the execution process.
