$2176.00/week - Job Summary: The Physical Therapist provides patient rehabilitation services to improve mobility, strength, and functionality. They evaluate, treat, and monitor patients while supervising support staff and collaborating with healthcare professionals. Responsibilities: Evaluate and develop personalized rehabilitation programs for patients. Utilize electronic medical records to document assessments, treatment plans, and discharge summaries. Supervise PT Assistants and Aides ensuring quality patient care. Communicate with physicians and team members to coordinate treatment and follow-up. Ensure accurate documentation of patient charts, prescriptions, and test results. Maintain compliance with HIPAA, billing policies, and safety protocols. Qualifications: Current license or eligibility to become licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice. Proven experience in outpatient or clinical physical therapy settings. Strong computer skills, including EMR, Word, and Internet navigation. Knowledge of HIPAA, billing procedures, and coding with ICD-10. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, assist with patient mobility, and stand for extended periods. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
