A Contemporary Mexican Restaurant in The Woodlands is hiring passionate hospitality professionals for the following positions:
Servers | Baristas | Cooks

Key Responsibilities
Servers

• Provide exceptional guest service and create memorable dining experiences.
• Greet guests, explain menu options, and provide recommendations.
• Take accurate orders and maintain great communication between guests, kitchen, and service teams.
• Deliver a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and hospitality.
• Maintain a clean and organized service area.

Baristas

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso beverages, and other specialty drinks.
• Provide friendly and attentive customer service.
• Take guest orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked coffee station.
• Follow recipes, preparation standards, and food safety guidelines.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and presentation.

Cooks

• Prepare high-quality food following recipes and restaurant standards.
• Ensure proper food preparation, portioning, presentation, and quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain an efficient operation.
• Trabajar en equipo para garantizar calidad y consistencia en cada platillo.

What You Bring / Lo Que Tú Aportas

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred — ¡Hablamos tu idioma!
• Passion for hospitality, food, and creating amazing guest experiences.
• Actitud positiva, buena ética de trabajo y capacidad para trabajar en un ambiente dinámico.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Previous restaurant, coffee shop, or food service experience is a plus.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs when needed.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
