Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility in Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience with pediatric populations, including early childhood and elementary school-aged students
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to diverse student needs and work effectively within a multidisciplinary educational setting

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
• Provide direct therapy and consultative services for students with varying levels of need, from moderate to profound
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to promote student progress and achievement
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals
