As a new addition to Midtown Manhattan, we are seeking experienced Hosts to join our team! As a team member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities (not limited to)
- Greet customers with a warm and welcome presence
- Plan reservations to optimize seating and table turns
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient service
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
- Assist team members during busy periods
- Participate in training and staff meetings as required
Skills
To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills:
- Experience with Resy or Open Table
- Knowledge of restaurant and bar operations
- Familiarity with food safety and DOH regulations
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Ability to work in a fast paced and high volume environment
