• $150,000-$200,000 base salary (experience-based)
• Up to $100,000 sign‑on bonus

• Setting the medical and surgical direction for a collaborative 10‑doctor team

• Ensuring gold-standard care while managing the practical side of inventory and protocols
• Partnering with our Hospital Manager on recruiting top talent
• Supporting your team's "passion projects" and continuing education goals
