Barista

Rosetta currently has an opening for Full-Time Barista to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, and other specialty beverages to company standards Warm, plate, and present bakery items according to brand guidelines Operate espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and other café equipment Maintain knowledge of the full menu and seasonal offerings Greet customers, take orders, and handle cash/credit transactions using POS system Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and customer areas Restock cups, utensils, milk, syrups, and other supplies as needed Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and setup Collaborate with team members and support back-of-house operations when needed Provide friendly, efficient service and resolve customer concerns with professionalism Qualifications: Previous barista, food service, or hospitality experience preferred (but not required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for coffee, food, and customer service Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Basic math and cash-handling skills Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs Schedule: We currently have an opening for Full-Time in the afternoon shifts, weekends are mandatory.
