The Bid Coordinator plays a critical role in managing the bid process from inception to submission, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality proposals that align with company objectives. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders to meet tight deadlines effectively.

Responsibilities

• Should have some commercial HVAC background in Estimating & the bid process.
• Coordinate and manage the end-to-end bid process including timelines, resources, and document control
• Collaborate with sales, and technical teams to compile and review proposal content
• Maintain and update the bid database and track ongoing bid activities
• Prepare and assemble proposal documents for final submission
• Communicate bid progress and risks to stakeholders regularly
• Use Building Connected to receive and process all GC Bid Request.
• Request all vendor pricing, receive and put in correct folders.
• Work directly with our Chief Estimator coordinating all bids due.
• Also required to go handle all field time and use of the app Work Max for payroll.
• 40–45-hour work week.

We are a Very busy Fast Paced Company with an Extraordinary amount of work in the Commercial & Industrial Construction side of HVAC & Contracting. You will always have 50-hour work weeks Monday thru Friday. Weekends and Holidays Off!
