The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its mission of enhancing the quality of early childhood education. The successful candidate will be a strategic, entrepreneurial, and mission-driven leader, responsible for defining and executing a clear strategic vision that positions the organization as a national leader in early childhood systems change. This role involves leading national expansion, strengthening financial sustainability, and advancing equitable access to high-quality early childhood education. The Executive Director will also oversee product strategy and technology development, apply strong business acumen to marketing and partnership development, and recruit and inspire a high-performing leadership team. Building strategic partnerships and leveraging technology to drive systemic change in the childcare ecosystem are also key responsibilities. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have an MBA or equivalent advanced degree, or comparable executive-level experience, with a preference for those with a background in both nonprofit and for-profit environments. A deep commitment to mission-driven work and a proven track record of scaling organizations are essential. The ideal candidate will have advanced business acumen, strong leadership capabilities, and experience in product strategy and development, particularly within technology-enabled or software-driven organizations. A visionary leadership style, the ability to inspire high-performing teams, and a strong understanding of the challenges facing early childhood education providers are also required.
