This is an in-office position.
Compensation:$125,000 - $150,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a diverse caseload of commercial litigation and insurance defense matters, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Collaborate closely with partners and team members to develop innovative legal strategies that align with client goals and firm objectives.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and courtroom presentations.
- Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs, with precision and clarity.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations, advocating passionately for their interests.
- Foster strong client relationships by providing clear communication, regular updates, and strategic advice.
- Experience in commercial litigation and insurance defense, with a minimum of five years in the field.
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload independently, ensuring each case is handled with precision and care.
- Strong skills in drafting, reviewing, and revising legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Excellent communication skills to maintain open and effective dialogue with clients throughout the litigation process.
- Ability to represent clients confidently in court proceedings, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.
- Expertise in conducting thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
- Proven track record of collaborating effectively with partners and fellow attorneys to develop innovative legal strategies.
- Any other languages (Preferred).
License/Certification:
- Bar (Required).
