Sales Solutions Engineer

Seeking an innovative and adaptable Sales Solutions Engineer, this full-time remote position will manage sales support, oversee free trials and demo environments, and lead solution scoping for compliance and audit-related inquiries, while collaborating closely with the sales and customer success teams. Key responsibilities Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategies that showcase the technical advantages of the software Run effective free trial and proof of concept processes for prospects during the pre-sales phase Lead initial custom scoping conversations for complex deals, ensuring accurate information is communicated to customer solutions and delivery teams Required qualifications Experience with compliance and security frameworks, including SOC2 and others such as HITRUST and PCI Proven ability to work cross-functionally across multiple teams Strong technical expertise in the InfoSec compliance industry and related software tools Demonstrated adaptability in a fast-paced startup environment Creative problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement
