We are seeking to fill Assembly Operators on 1st shift (6:30am-2:30pm), 2nd shift (2:30pm-10:30pm) and 3rd shift (10:30pm-6:30am) at our Odessa, FL location. Assembly Operators are required to read, understand and follow directions per job instructions and to use the proper tooling and components necessary for jobs. They must perform any tasks necessary on a daily basis to maintain production flow and maintain consistent production to meet or exceed production times within an acceptable standard. Must be capable of adapting to process changes and learning new skills.
