You will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing production systems and processes to improve efficiency, reduce cost, enhance quality, and ensure safe operations. This role applies engineering principles, data analysis, and lean methodologies to support continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.What You Will Do:Define and develop processes, including equipment, fixture design, routings, programming, tooling, and standard work support our production lines and meet all applicable drawing requirements.Evaluate manufacturing processes using time studies, workflow analysis, and data modeling.Develop and implement process improvements to help increase throughput, reduce waste, and enhance quality.Design and optimize workstation layouts, material flow, and equipment utilization.Define the physical layout of machinery and the most efficient and optimized sequence of operations and work flow.Partner with cross‑functional teams to resolve production issues and support daily operations.Monitor safety, ergonomics, and compliance with applicable manufacturing standards.Use statistical methods to analyze performance data and identify improvement opportunities.Follow all Collins rules and codes of conduct. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
