Regional Leadless Specialist, Cardiac Rhythm Management - Jacksonville, FL

Abbott seeks a Regional Leadless Specialist for its Cardiac Rhythm Management division in Jacksonville, Florida. The role combines technical expertise, clinical education, and sales support to drive adoption of leadless pacing technology among healthcare providers and facilities.
Responsibilities
- Educate physicians, nurses, and healthcare providers on leadless pacing indications and patient selection
- Provide procedural support and training to ensure clinical consistency and optimal outcomes
- Monitor and communicate clinical data regarding leadless cardiac rhythm management products
- Coordinate market expansion programs and therapy access initiatives
- Provide market intelligence to support training refinement and expansion planning
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in technical field, engineering, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years clinical medical device experience, preferably with cardiac rhythm management products
- Ability to analyze and evaluate complex medical devices
- Proven ability to influence and lead customers with confidence
- Expert verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Thorough knowledge of medical device industry policies and procedures
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common computer applications
Compensation: $68,000–$136,000 base
