Key Responsibilities

• Regularly monitor patients' progress through detailed documentation and adjust treatment as required to achieve the best health outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including physicians and occupational or speech therapists, to ensure holistic patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques, home exercise programs, and strategies for preventing injury.
• Implement and oversee fall prevention programs and safety measures, particularly in settings like assisted living facilities, to minimize risks.
• Engage in continuous professional development by staying informed about the latest advancements in physical therapy.
