Position: Physiotherapist Banding: 6 Location: Shrewsbury Pay Rate: £24-27 Start Date: TBC Working Pattern: Monday-Friday 37.5 hour (may include some weekends/bank holidays) Duration: Ongoing About Pulse The Physiotherapist team at Pulse is currently recruiting for a Band 6 Physiotherapist in Shrewsbury at the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital – Rehab and Recovery Ward 18. A registered Physiotherapist is required to assess and treat patients requiring ward-based rehabilitation and assessment for discharge planning. The person will be part of a therapy team including a rehab technician and an occupational therapist. The successful candidate will be working full time hours during Mon – Fri with a competitive salary. NHS experience is desirable for this position. Essential skills HCPC registered Strong communication skills both written and verbal are essential Previous experience in a healthcare setting related to the therapy field Experience of community-based pathways would also be desirable to ensure length of stay is optimal Experience of working independently and at pace is required to ensure proactive discharge planning and robust and effective treatment plans are in place Why work with Pulse?
