CNC Machinist | WEEKLY PAy

Looking for a machinist role where you can put your skills to work, stay busy, and be part of a team that values hard work? We're hiring a CNC Machinist to set up and operate HAAS machines and CNC lathes in a small, team-oriented shop. This is a first-shift opportunity with long-term potential, great benefits, and a laid-back work environment.

• Set up and operate CNC lathes and HAAS CNC machines.
• Use MasterCAM for machining operations.
• Produce quality parts while meeting production goals.
• Assist with light assembly and packaging when needed.
• Help with general shop duties to keep operations running smoothly.
• Work closely with a small team and support wherever needed.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.

• Experience setting up CNC lathes.
• Experience with HAAS CNC machines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to take on a variety of shop responsibilities.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Comfortable in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

• MasterCAM experience.
• MasterCAM programming skills.
• Experience working in a smaller manufacturing or machine shop.

• First-shift schedule: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $36.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
