Manage infants from a high-volume delivery service supporting approximately 4,000 births annually. Collaborate with a team of 2 Neonatologists and 2 Neonatal Nurse Practitioners during daytime hours. Participate in home-based night call with in-house NNP coverage. Perform and maintain essential neonatal procedures. Deliver high-quality, compassionate care in accordance with Pediatrix standards. Engage in mentorship, training, and professional development, especially valuable for new graduates. Work within a team-oriented, supportive practice environment.
