Insero Talent Solutions is partnering with a well-established, multi-office professional services organization in its search for a Chief Information Officer (CIO). This leadership opportunity will oversee the organization's technology strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications while serving as a strategic advisor to executive leadership.

The CIO will play a critical role in shaping the organization's long-term technology vision, leading digital transformation initiatives, driving innovation, and ensuring technology investments align with business objectives. This individual will lead an experienced IT organization and partner across all areas of the business to enhance operational efficiency, strengthen information security, and support continued growth.

This role is ideal for a strategic technology executive who enjoys balancing long-term vision with operational excellence. The successful candidate will be equally comfortable advising executive leadership, leading organizational change, mentoring technical teams, and identifying innovative technology solutions that support business growth.

Responsibilities:

Technology Strategy & Executive Partnership

• Develop and execute the organization's technology vision and roadmap.
• Partner with executive leadership to align technology investments with business priorities.
• Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies that improve operational effectiveness and long-term growth.

Enterprise Technology & Infrastructure

• Provide strategic oversight of enterprise applications, infrastructure, cloud technologies, networks, telecommunications, and end-user support.
• Ensure technology platforms remain secure, scalable, and reliable.
• Lead enterprise technology initiatives from planning through implementation.

Cybersecurity & Risk

• Guide cybersecurity strategy and information governance initiatives.
• Support regulatory compliance, data protection, business continuity, and disaster recovery efforts.
• Evaluate organizational technology risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Technology Leadership

• Lead and mentor a high-performing IT organization.
• Manage technology budgets, vendor partnerships, and strategic investments.
• Foster collaboration and continuous improvement across technical and business teams.

Requirements :

• 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including experience leading enterprise technology initiatives.
• Demonstrated success developing technology strategy that supports organizational growth.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, networking, enterprise systems, and IT governance.
• Experience leading digital transformation and enterprise-wide technology implementations.
• Proven ability to manage technology budgets, vendor relationships, and complex projects.
• Experience evaluating emerging technologies, including AI-enabled business solutions.
• Executive presence with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  

Compensation:
$175,000-$250,000 per year
