Senior Graphics Designer

Maintain and evolve AMN Healthcare’s brand standards across corporate, digital, sales, and event materials Develop and execute creative assets for AMN Healthcare and affiliated brands Conceptualize, design, and produce digital campaigns, social media assets, emails, infographics, sales collateral, event signage, and executive presentations Collaborate with marketing, communications, digital, sales, and executive teams Manage brand assets, templates, creative resources, and Canva Enterprise governance Stay informed on design trends, emerging technologies, and AI-powered creative tools Manage multiple creative projects, priorities, timelines, stakeholder expectations, and deliverables Participate in project intake, scoping, and prioritization Ensure creative deliverables meet quality and strategic standards Develop customer-facing sales and marketing materials, sales decks, proposal graphics, and presentation templates Manage corporate PowerPoint templates, presentation libraries, and branded design resources Design thought leadership content, case studies, white papers, articles, and campaign materials Create visual assets for conferences, events, webinars, social media campaigns, and internal communications Develop graphics, icons, charts, and infographics that simplify complex concepts and data-driven narratives Partner with vendors including print, multimedia, tradeshow, and event providers Participate in 4–6 large projects and 2–4 small projects at a time Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in fine arts or graphic design 8+ years of experience designing for client/corporate marketing Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat Expert proficiency in PowerPoint Experience designing for both digital and print environments Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and user-centered design principles Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Microsoft Designer, or similar solutions Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working directly with stakeholders and executives Ability to independently manage projects from concept through final production Experience supporting B2B marketing, healthcare, professional services, or corporate environments preferred Strong command of Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Visio Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com, Jira, or Asana Experience with Canva Digital marketing experience, including knowledge of web applications such as Flash, HTML, FrontPage, DreamWeaver, or similar Knowledge of PC and Macintosh platforms and operating systems Thorough understanding of print production processes, printing terminology, and practices Thorough knowledge of design, color theory, and image optimization for web and social media Knowledge of print standards and ability to facilitate printing of collateral Thorough understanding of marketing principles and graphic arts terminology Tradeshow/event design experience Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent oral and written communication skills Core Competencies Demonstrates expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and PowerPoint, with a strong understanding of branding, typography, and user-centered design principles.
