Inspector Position in Rogers, AR

Now hiring for an Inspector Location: Rogers, AR Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday – Friday | 7 AM – 3:30 PM with some overtime Every Shift, Every Part, Done Right Join the team as an Inspector in Rogers and make sure the line runs clean and steady. Education Requirements High School Diploma or GED required. Ability to follow work instructions, packaging procedures, and quality standards. Experience Requirements Previous production, manufacturing, warehouse, or quality inspection experience preferred. Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is a plus. Ability to accurately inspect and package products while maintaining production goals. Preferred Qualifications Strong attention to detail and ability to identify visual defects. Basic understanding of quality inspection processes. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable attendance and commitment to workplace safety. Steel-toe shoes required. Physical Capabilities Ability to sit and/or stand for up to 8 hours per shift with scheduled break periods. Fine and gross motor skills required for inspection and packaging duties. Frequent reaching, bending, and intermittent walking throughout the workday. Ability to lift, carry, and move containers weighing up to 33 pounds. Ability to perform repetitive hand movements and packaging tasks.

Job Duties Visually inspect round tool components for quality defects before packaging. Package finished parts using rubber bands, packing paper, and approved materials. Box, label, and strap products according to shipping and customer requirements. Verify product quality and packaging accuracy before shipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow quality standards, work instructions, and safety procedures at all times. Support production goals by maintaining efficiency and attention to detail.
