Accounts Receivable Billing Coordinator

Accounts Receivable Billing Coordinator – Southeast Connections (SEC) Address: 8203 Piedmont Triad Parkway, Greensboro, NC, 27409, US Schedule: Full time Job Type: Permanent Position Overview The Accounts Receivable Coordinator provides financial, clerical and administrative services to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate payment of accounts. Essential Functions Develop effective working relationships with both internal and external customers. Process each invoice with a sense of urgency while ensuring accuracy. Timely adjust invoices; maintain documentation of internal files. Follow proper communication protocols for tracking issues in assigned area/customer. Process and bill invoices based on paysheets and compare to contract line items to ensure accurate invoicing. Generate weekly list of outstanding Work in Progress (WIP) and follow up with the appropriate Field Supervisor or internal personnel. Handle WIP with the same sense of urgency as invoicing. Actively participate in team meetings and foster collaborative environment. Review price changes per contract with AR Supervisor as necessary. Follow proper process for work order completions after 60-day invoicing period. Accurately review counterparts’ invoices for submittal to customers. Provide accurate feedback to supervisor/manager on issues encountered in billing area. Communicate effectively as part of a team environment. Adapt to continuous changes in contracts. Qualifications Education Required: High School Diploma. 1-3 years of previous accounting experience. BS degree preferred. Special Knowledge / Skills Accurately process and enter 100-200 invoices per week. Solid understanding of basic accounting principles. Attention to detail. Superior organization skills; able to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities. Ability to work independently and possess strong decision-making skills. Self‑motivated and exhibit a team player attitude. Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). #J-18808-Ljbffr Pho Prime, LLC
