Twelve Oaks Recovery Center is looking for a PRN Registered Nurse to join the clinical team in Navarre!

Available Shift / Hours:

Full-time / Night Shift : 7:00pm - 7:00am coverage needed (3 - 12 hour night shifts with weekend rotation)

About Us: Twelve Oaks Recovery Center in Navarre Beach is Florida's leading provider of substance use treatment for people aged 18 and older with primary substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health diagnoses. We offer inpatient residential treatment, a partial hospitalization program and an intensive outpatient program for our patients.

What You'll Do:

• Assess patients' behavioral and physical health needs and deliver compassionate, trauma-informed nursing care.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized nursing treatment plans throughout the continuum of care.
• Safely administer medications, including behavioral health and detox protocols, with accurate documentation and controlled substance tracking.
• Monitor patient status on an ongoing basis and communicate significant behavioral or medical changes to providers and the care team.
• Educate patients and families, maintain compliant medical records, and adhere to nursing standards and regulatory requirements.
• Establish therapeutic, professional relationships while collaborating with an interdisciplinary treatment team to support patient recovery.

What You Bring:

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and a current, unrestricted RN license (or eligibility to practice) in the state of employment.
• At least one year of nursing experience; behavioral health, psychiatric, or substance use treatment experience strongly preferred.
• Current CPR certification and willingness to complete de-escalation and restraint training (provided upon hire, if needed).
• First Aid certification, as required by state or facility guidelines.
• Strong clinical judgment, attention to documentation, and the ability to remain calm and therapeutic in behavioral health settings.
