Position Overview Retail Sales position available – Become a Romance Specialist! Lover's Lane, the Ultimate Store for Couples, is hiring a Part Time Sales Associate for our retail store(s). Responsibilities Greeting and attending to customers on the selling floor Providing excellent customer service Retail sales of the company's products using advanced product knowledge & training received on the job Working as part of a sales team to achieve individual and store sales quotas Representing the company in a professional manner Qualifications Timely and responsible Previous retail sales experience Great communication skills Be 18 years or older Have a high school diploma or GED Open shift availability Experience & Education Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred) Cash handling: 1 year (Preferred) Retail Sales: 1 year (Preferred) Sales: 1 year (Preferred) High school or equivalent (Required) Benefits Paid Commissions & Bonuses Paid Sick Leave Paid birthday 401(k) with company match 40% employee discount Product and sales training Dental and Vision after 90 days Compensation Pay: $15.00 Hour + Commission (Paid weekly).
