At 1-Tom-Plumber, we don’t do "average." We provide 24/7 emergency peace of mind. We are looking for a Business Development Representative who is a door-opener, a relationship-builder, and a closer. We want the person who walks into a room of strangers and leaves with three new partners.

Your goal is simple: Build the bridge between 1-Tom-Plumber and the Northwest Chicago community. You aren’t selling plumbing, you’re selling reliability to:

The Requirements
● Proven experience in Outside Sales or Business Development (B2B preferred).
● A clean driving record (you’ll be in a company vehicle).
● The ability to speak "Professional" and "Plumber" (You are the face of our brand).
● A high school diploma (required) or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
