Role Description The Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Fontana-on-Geneva Lake, WI. This role is responsible for overseeing commercial glass and glazing projects from planning through completion, ensuring that schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with internal teams and external partners, organizing logistics, monitoring material procurement, and managing subcontractors and suppliers. The Project Manager will track project progress, conduct site visits and inspections, resolve issues, and communicate regularly with clients to align expectations and project outcomes. The role also involves maintaining documentation, enforcing safety and compliance standards, and supporting continuous improvement in project execution. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in Project Management, with the ability to plan, execute, and close construction or glazing projects effectively. Strong Expeditor and Expediting skills to coordinate materials, equipment, and services in a timely and cost-effective manner. Knowledge of Inspection practices to verify installation quality, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications. Logistics Management skills to organize deliveries, schedule crews, and optimize workflow across multiple job sites. Relevant experience in commercial construction, glazing, or building envelope projects. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities. Proficiency with project management software and basic office productivity tools. Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and technical specifications. Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Post-secondary education in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
