Clinical Director – Outpatient Physical Therapy Location: 5214 N Milwaukee Ave, Chicago, IL 60630 Company: FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers: Jefferson Park Compensation: $90,000–$130,000 annually (based on experience) plus $10,000 sign on bonus, generous bonus potential FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Chicago is looking for an experienced Clinical Director to oversee and advance a successful outpatient physical therapy clinic. Deliver evidence-based physical therapy with an emphasis on balance, vestibular, and orthopedic rehabilitation. Ensure quality assurance through regular documentation reviews, outcome tracking, and clinical mentoring. Support continuous clinical education and skill development for all team members. Upholds the training and accountability requirements that are consistent with the FYZICAL Chicago CD training manual. Implement the 10-point management system of FYZICAL and establish and uphold the leadership pillars. Financial & Business Management Oversee clinic financial performance, including revenue growth, expense management, and profitability. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as therapist utilization, visit averages, and collections. Partner with the FYZICAL Sales team to assist in developing and maintaining relationships with referral sources and to further support team to implement marketing and referral development initiatives to meet and exceed sales goals. Coordinate with Sales and Marketing to set goals for coordinated clinic growth objectives. Contribute to strategic planning and budget forecasting to achieve annual business objectives. Role Responsibilities Direct day-to-day clinic operations to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality care Carry an outpatient caseload while providing clinical leadership Coach, mentor, and develop physical therapists and PTAs Uphold excellence across orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, and balance programs Support clinic growth through strategic initiatives and performance improvement Oversee staffing, scheduling, and performance reviews Monitor and report key performance indicators Collaborate with ownership to maintain a positive and high-performing clinic culture Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree At least 5 years of outpatient physical therapy experience Active Illinois PT license (or license-eligible) Previous leadership or management experience preferred Strong clinical interest in orthopedics, neurological, vestibular, and balance rehab Organized, self-driven, and collaborative leadership approach Commitment to developing and mentoring clinical teams If you’re ready to lead an outpatient clinic and make a meaningful impact in Chicago, we’d love to connect. #GB2026 $90,000 - $130,000 a year #J-18808-Ljbffr
