Competency in Angular.JS 1.5 or above is a mustExpertise in micro services , Spring boot, app memory management, multithreading, networking & SecurityShould have good competency in hybrid apps with some experience in native app design and development (Android and iOS). The Dev lead won’t be writing native app code, but they will be interfacing with the team that does, hence some experience may be beneficial.Candidate should also be able to demonstrate high competency in OAuthExperience in leading a small group of team membersSolid understanding of software design and patterns like - MVC, Delegation, Singleton, Factory, AdapterFamiliarity with agile development/waterfall processes and methodologiesAbility to work in team environment and client interfacing skills.Analytical skillsQualificationsBasic Qualifications :-Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
