Paralegal - Family Law

Robert Half is partnering with a family law firm in Austin seeking a Family Law Paralegal . This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with 2+ years of family law experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will work directly with the Austin attorneys.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage 70–80 active family law cases including divorce, custody, and support matters.
• Provide support for attorney and clients during calls, meetings, and document preparation.
• Draft and file pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
• Coordinate hearings, mediations, and trial preparation.
• Maintain case files and ensure compliance with court deadlines.
• Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.

Requirements

• 2+ years of family law paralegal experience (required).
• Strong knowledge of Texas family law procedures and court filings.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage a high-volume docket .
• Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
