This role sits at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing — translating the capabilities of our AI-powered automation platform into compelling narratives that resonate with C-suite buyers and decision-makers at large enterprises.You'll own the solutions marketing function end-to-end: positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, competitive intelligence, and sales enablement across our full portfolio of vertical and horizontal solutions. The right candidate has deep experience marketing complex enterprise software, a sharp instinct for buyer psychology, and the ability to build and lead a high-performing team.Who you’ll report to:This role will report to our Chief Marketing OfficerLocation:Hybrid role with regular onsite work days in our San Jose, CA corporate office preferred. Other locations in major metropolitan areas within the U.S may be considered.You will make an impact by being responsible for:Solutions Positioning & MessagingDefining and owning the positioning, messaging, and value narratives for our full portfolio of agentic automation solutions — spanning vertical industries (healthcare, banking, insurance, and others) and horizontal functions (Finance, IT, HR, and beyond)Translating technical AI and automation capabilities into business-outcome-driven stories that land with line-of-business leaders, IT executives, and the C-suiteDeveloping and maintaining a messaging architecture that scales across industries and buyer personas while staying cohesive at the platform levelGo-to-Market StrategyPartnering with product management, sales, and demand generation to build and execute go-to-market plans for new solution launches, industry expansions, and major platform releasesDefining target buyer personas, buying committee maps, and journey-stage messaging for each solution areaDriving integrated launch plans that coordinate across content, digital, field marketing, analyst relations, and eventsSales Enablement & Field ReadinessArming the enterprise sales organization with the tools they need to win: battle cards, solution briefs, ROI frameworks, demo narratives, customer proof points, and objection-handling guidesBuilding a scalable enablement engine that keeps pace with a rapidly evolving product portfolio and competitive landscapePartnering closely with sales leadership to understand field needs and ensure marketing materials translate directly into pipeline accelerationCompetitive MarketingDelivering actionable competitive insights to sales, product, and executive leadership on a regular cadencePositioning the company as a category leader in agentic automation solutions through thought leadership, analyst engagement, and strategic contentDemand GenerationSupporting revenue and field marketing teams with deep insights on how your customers buy, sources of influence, and the nature of buying committees including decision makers and influencersProviding revenue, field and digital teams with high content collateral, messaging and enablementIndustry & Horizontal Solution MarketingBuilding deep expertise in our target verticals and functional areas to ensure our marketing speaks the language of each buyer's world — whether that's claims processing in insurance, revenue cycle management in healthcare, or accounts payable in financeCollaborating with industry leads and customer success to develop reference architectures, use-case libraries, and customer success stories that demonstrate measurable business impactTeam LeadershipBuilding, mentoring, and leading a team of solutions marketing managers across industry verticals and horizontal solution areasFostering a culture of strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and relentless focus on the buyerEstablishing clear KPIs for the solutions marketing function and report on impact to the executive teamYou will be a great fit if you have:Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA preferred15+ years in B2B enterprise marketing, with at least 5+ years in solutions marketing, product marketing, or a closely related function in a high-growth SaaS environment5+ years of people management experience including exceptional ability to build, inspire, and lead high-performing teams across geographiesExperience marketing for a $500M-$1B ARR SaaS companyDeep familiarity with enterprise software sales cycles, complex buying committees, and multi-stakeholder deal processesDomain experience in intelligent automation, RPA, AI/ML, or adjacent enterprise technology categories (strongly preferred)Experience marketing to large enterprise customers across multiple industriesBackground in one or more of our target verticals (healthcare, banking, insurance) or horizontal functions (finance, IT, HR) preferredExperience with category creation or repositioning in an emerging technology space preferredExperience scaling a new product line or business unit from $50M to $150M ARR preferredFamiliarity with analyst relations (Gartner, Forrester, IDC) and experience influencing industry analyst coverage preferredExperience at a company that has successfully navigated a platform transition (e.g., from RPA to agentic automation) preferredYou excel in these key competencies:Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives and differentiated market positioningStrong collaborator who operates effectively as a peer to Product, Sales, and executive leadership, with a positive, “can-do” mindsetThrives in fast-paced environments, able to prioritize across multiple initiatives while remaining decisive, adaptable, and execution-focusedHighly analytical with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and clearly present findings to inform strategy and decision-makingOrganized, programmatic thinker skilled in strategic planning and hands-on execution, with a test-and-learn approach to continuously optimize outcomesThe base salary range for this position is $275,000 – $300,000 a year. The base salary ultimately offered is determined through a review of education, industry experience, training, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant in alignment with market data and other factors.
