Business Analyst

Analyze complex business processes, workflows, and operational requirements to identify gaps and improvement opportunities. Elicit, document, and validate business, functional, and technical requirements from stakeholders. Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and system design documents. Conduct data analysis using structured methodologies to support business decision-making. Perform impact analysis to assess the effects of system changes on business operations and processes. Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements. Develop process flow diagrams, use cases, data models, and workflow documentation. Evaluate existing systems and recommend enhancements or new technology solutions. Support system integration efforts by defining interface and data exchange requirements. Participate in software development lifecycle (SDLC) activities including planning, design, testing, and deployment. Assist in the development of user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate system functionality against requirements. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and performance metrics. Prepare analytical reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and stakeholders. Ensure business requirements align with organizational goals, compliance standards, and best practices.
