Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 1+ years of residential carpentry experience Knowledge of residential construction and remodeling practices, tools, and safety Physical ability to perform all tasks required, including lifting up to 80 lbs What You’ll Do as a Lead Carpenter Apprentice Complete Home Services work including warranty repairs, small-scale remodels, and general carpentry tasks. Support both design-build remodeling and Home Services projects as assigned. Communicate daily with clients and team members as needed to support project flow. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site and client home environment. Complete daily time tracking and assist with change order documentation.
