Part-Time Bookkeeper

Salary: USD30 - USD30 per hour Bookkeeper (Part-Time 20 hours/Temp to Perm Assignment) West Hartford, CT Our nonprofit client is seeking a part‑time Bookkeeper with QuickBooks Online experience to manage financial operations. This is a part‑time salaried role, working collaboratively with staff and volunteers. _______________________________________________________________________________________________ Responsibilities Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll, benefits, and bank accounts Maintain secure financial and personnel records Prepare financial reports and assist with annual budgeting Coordinate with external accountants for reviews/audits Share general office and administrative duties Support transparent and sustainable financial practices Handling restricted vs non restricted funds.
