What does a shift look like at Chick-fil-A as a Kitchen Crew Member? As a Kitchen Team Member at Chick-fil-A, your day begins with a fresh chef coat. You will begin your shift by setting up kitchen stations with fresh ingredients. You’ll prepare iconic items like Chicken Sandwiches and Waffle Fries, ensuring quality and speed during fast-paced breakfast, lunch, and dinner hours. Working closely with your team, you’ll maintain a clean and safe kitchen, restock supplies, and follow proper food safety standards to keep operations running smoothly. Position Type Full-time or Part-time positions available Hours Day shift works between the hours of 6am-5pm with flexible scheduling Night shift works between the hours of 2pm-11pm with flexible scheduling Our Benefits Include Free meal while working and discounts when you are not on shift Flexible scheduling (and closed on Sundays) Medical Benefits- We offer a variety of Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits packages 401k with a match (requirements may vary) Paid time off (requirements may vary) Intentional growth and development to help you reach your professional goals Scholarship opportunities Competitive pay Opportunity for advancement as we promote leaders from within Kitchen Crew Member Responsibilities Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep Stock kitchen inventory as needed and as directed Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times including a name tag Other duties as assigned We're looking for dependable, hardworking team players who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in preparing great food for our guests. What Makes You A Great Fit No prior kitchen or restaurant experience is required. We provide all training needed for you to succeed.
