Job Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist Profession: Respiratory Therapy Specialty: Respiratory Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Nights Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 1+ years License: RRT, licensed with Missouri Board for Respiratory Care Certifications: BLS and ACLS from AHA only Must-Have: Adult Critical care, High volume busy ED with Trauma experience Description: Position available for a Registered Respiratory Therapist. The schedule includes night shifts. This role involves working with respiratory patients throughout various areas of the facility, including critical care units and emergency departments. Float requirements may be necessary based on the demands of the facility. Experience with blood gas draw, processing, and interpretation is preferred. The ideal candidate is a strong, confident therapist with excellent time management skills. Willingness to assist coworkers when possible is expected. Pediatric patients are stabilized and transported to another facility as needed. The facility offers a healing presence in the community, providing compassionate medical and specialty care.
