Registered Nurse I Obstetrical and Neonatal Services Float Pool

Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery Float 36 hours/week, Day Shift with rotating weekends/holidays. Floats to all four Metro Hospitals. Benefit Eligible. Responsibilities Accountable for utilizing the nursing process. Perform patient care, delegate tasks, and supervise other patient care staff. Coordinate the plan of care for a group of assigned patients and consult with other members of the health care team when indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Demonstrate proficiency and abide by policies, rules, guidelines, and procedures. Qualifications Applicable Experience: 2 years. Basic Life Support – American Heart Association or Red Cross. Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) – American Academy of Pediatrics. Registered Nurse (MO) certification – National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS). Associate Degree in Nursing.
