Position Summary The Team ConvergeSPORTS is a product-driven business combining Deloitte's sports industry experience with proprietary data, AI-native decision intelligence, and reusable Converge capabilities. We help sports organizations grow revenue, deepen fan engagement, optimize partnerships, and improve commercial performance while operating with the focus of a product company. Our teams work with leagues, teams, venues, rights holders, media organizations, sponsors, and brands across fan data, digital experiences, and commercial analytics. Cross-functional product teams turn market needs into scalable products and repeatable decision workflows rather than one-off solutions. This role leads the digital product group, which owns the fan-facing digital portfolio across mobile, web, streaming, personalization, and merchandising experiences. The group brings together content, identity, engagement, personalization, notifications, and commercial experiences, and works with Architecture, iOS and Android Engineering, Backend Engineering, Data, Design, and Go-to-Market to deliver measurable releases. ConvergeSPORTS is assembling a senior product group to take its digital portfolio to market, and this role leads it. Work you’ll do As the Digital Group Product Lead, you will own the vision, roadmap, and commercial outcomes for the ConvergeSPORTS fan-facing digital portfolio, spanning mobile, web, streaming, personalization, and merchandising. Your work will include: Own the multi-product vision, roadmap, release strategy, and outcome metrics for the digital product group.Set product priorities across mobile, web, streaming, personalization, and merchandising experiences, and resolve tradeoffs between them.Lead and develop product managers within the group, establishing product standards, review cadence, and decision rights.Conduct fan, client, and market discovery to define user problems, journeys, and commercial opportunities across the portfolio.Partner with Architecture, iOS and Android Engineering, Backend Engineering, Data, and Design to sequence work and align roadmap with platform capability.Define required identity, event data, content, notification, and personalization capabilities with Engineering and Data partners.Balance individual client needs against reusable architecture, shared components, and portfolio scalability.Track adoption, engagement, retention, experience quality, and commercial performance across digital products.Lead release readiness, App Store and Play Store coordination, and post-launch evaluation for group products.Develop product narratives, demo flows, sales enablement materials, and executive roadmap communications.Define AI-native and agentic fan experiences using trusted data, clear permissions, evaluation criteria, and human review points. The successful candidate would possess these skills: Portfolio-level product judgment, with the ability to sequence competing product bets against business outcomes.Ability to connect fan needs, sports and media business outcomes, and platform capability into a coherent strategy.Credibility with engineers and designers, and comfort operating close to technical detail without taking over delivery.Ability to develop other product managers and raise the standard of product thinking across a group.Clear executive communication, including the ability to make a recommendation and own the decision.Collaborative influence across matrixed teams without relying on direct authority. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.10+ years of experience in product management or digital product leadership.5+ years of experience owning consumer-facing digital products across two or more of the following: native mobile, web, streaming or OTT, personalization, or e-commerce and merchandising.3+ years of experience leading or managing product managers.2+ years of experience using Agile product tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Confluence.Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. Preferred: Experience in sports, media, or entertainment organizations.Experience launching a native mobile application from concept through public release.Hands-on SQL or BI tool experience to define and validate product metrics.Experience with experimentation and A/B testing programs.Graduate degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $134,500-$265,100.
