Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Payable Clerk in Arlington, TX! This position will be responsible for processing and verifying invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors, reconciling vendor statements, and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include matching invoices to purchase orders and receipts, resolving billing discrepancies, processing check and electronic payments, responding to vendor inquiries, and assisting with month-end closing activities.
Requirements :
- Must have 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience
- Must have 2+ years of Administrative experience
- Must have High School diploma or equivalent
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
