Commercial Real Estate Paralegal

Location: Miami, FL | Schedule: Full-time, 40-hour-per-week, on-site (overtime as needed) Overview A well-regarded commercial real estate law firm based in downtown Miami is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join its growing team. What you'll do Support attorneys throughout all phases of complex commercial real estate transactions, from contract negotiation and due diligence through closing and post-closing matters Support attorneys in all aspects of transactions, from contracts and loan commitments through closing and post-closing Conduct and assist with commercial real estate due diligence, including title and survey review, title objection letters, lease reviews, municipal lien searches, and UCC, judgment, litigation, and lien searches Prepare organizational documents and assist with entity formation Prepare and maintain closing checklists and critical-date timelines Assist with preparation and review of title commitments, title policies, closing statements, affidavits, entity authorizations, and customary closing documentation Prepare and maintain closing binders Provide additional transaction support as needed for both local and national commercial real estate matters Required qualifications Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal, with significant experience handling transactions involving shopping centers and retail triple-net (NNN) properties, such as restaurants, drugstores, and bank buildings Experience with corporate law and entity-related matters Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy and organization Ability to proactively identify issues, develop solutions, and work independently with sound judgment Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work effectively with attorneys, clients, colleagues, and outside parties Proficient in Windows-based systems and Microsoft Office applications Strong knowledge of commercial real estate transactions, title and survey matters, due diligence, and closing procedures Preferred qualifications Bachelor’s degree and Paralegal Certificate preferred Equivalent education and relevant professional experience will be considered Minimum of 5 years of relevant commercial real estate paralegal experience preferred Compensation and benefits Competitive compensation Comprehensive benefits Paid parking or a Metrorail pass Why this role This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, professional environment where your experience and contributions are highly valued, with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits. #J-18808-Ljbffr Software Placement Group, SPG
