Recruiting And Human Resources InternCommand Post Technologies, Inc. (CPT) is seeking a Recruiting and Human Resources Intern to support our HR team with a focus on recruiting, candidate outreach, onboarding support, and corporate communications. This role is ideal for someone interested in talent acquisition and HR operations who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable interacting with internal and external partners. The intern will play a key role in supporting day-to-day recruiting efforts, maintaining accurate HR data, and assisting with various administrative tasks, while also gaining exposure to employer branding and communication initiatives.Responsibilities:Support the recruiting process by sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates throughout the hiring processMaintain and update applicant tracking systems and HR databases with a high level of accuracyAssist with job postings across platforms and help track posting performanceProvide administrative support to the HR team, including document preparation, file management, and data entryAssist with onboarding activities and new hire documentationSupport reporting and tracking of recruiting and HR metricsCreate graphics and assist with generating content for employer branding initiativesContribute to HR projects and process improvements as neededRequirements:Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldStrong career interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, and HR operationsMust have excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detailComfortable handling outreach and communicating professionally with candidates via email and phoneAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Ability to work collaboratively in a team environmentWillingness to work on-site in Orlando, FLMust be eligible for a U.S. Security ClearancePreferred Qualifications:Familiarity with LinkedIn and interest in employer branding/social mediaExperience with Canva or other design toolsAbout us: We are Command Post Technologies, Inc.
