Be ready to hit the ground running as customers gear up to refresh their spaces. Diverse Sales Channels: Sell to both residential and commercial clients, from cozy lanais to large-scale hospitality accounts. Business Driver Role: You won’t just sell—you’ll build lasting relationships, drive revenue, and shape the customer experience. What We Offer Training & Growth: 14-week onboarding, quarterly training, and ongoing development to fuel your success. Compensation: Paid training, hourly base + commission on sales, delivery, and protection plans. Schedule: 30-hour workweek | M–S 10–7, Sun 10–6 | Generous PTO with no blackout dates. Culture: Supportive, low-pressure, and team-driven environment where your wins are celebrated.
