What You’ll Do as Our Sous ChefAs a Sous Chef at Redtail Catering, you’ll play a vital role in our kitchen operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the Head Chef in planning and preparing menus.
- Overseeing food preparation to ensure quality, consistency, and presentation.
- Supervising and mentoring kitchen staff to maintain a smooth workflow.
- Ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Managing inventory and coordinating with suppliers for fresh ingredients.
- Collaborating with the team to create innovative dishes for our clients.
This is a hands-on role where your creativity and leadership will shine as you contribute to our reputation for excellence.
What We’re Looking ForTo thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen environment.
- A strong understanding of culinary techniques and food preparation.
- Leadership skills to guide and inspire the kitchen team.
