Middle Office Associate Location: Dallas, TX About Futu US Inc. The mission is to innovate investment through a digitized brokerage and wealth management platform, providing a superior investment experience. What You’ll Do Review new account applications and conduct red‑flag reviews. Process account profile updates and password reset requests, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Coordinate corporate action notices with the Operations team, ensuring timely and accurate communication to clients. Act as a backup for customer service, handling email inquiries and outbound email execution for other departments. Prepare and distribute firm‑wide outbound group emails, upholding company policies and professionalism. Collaborate with Risk Control and Operations teams to monitor potential fraudulent activities and execute preventative actions per SOPs. Work with the Compliance team to identify improvement areas and implement process enhancements for operational efficiency. Assist managers in overseeing projects across departments to increase operational efficiency and reduce compliance risks, fostering cross‑functional collaboration and clear communication of project goals, timelines, and deliverables. Requirements Bilingual English/Chinese proficiency is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent education and experience. Preferred FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses. Excellent organizational, time‑management, and prioritization skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across departments and stakeholders. Attention to detail, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities. Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment. Base pay for this role ranges from $50,000 to $65,000, based on education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands.
