Program Development Specialist - Rosa One Brain System

Program Development Specialist role focused on onboarding hospitals and driving adoption of the ROSA One Brain System robotic surgical platform. Responsibilities include surgeon training, program development support, system installation, maintenance, and customer engagement across assigned territories.

Responsibilities

Lead surgeon and staff training on robotic systems and products through structured educational pathways
Develop and execute program launch and promotion plans with hospital stakeholders
Perform new system installations, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs
Provide on-site support for product demonstrations and educational initiatives
Maintain documentation compliance and ensure timely customer communication and support

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Master's/Ph.D. in Neuroscience or Biological Sciences
2+ years field support, engineering, or customer-facing experience in medical device industry
Strong communication, organizational, and customer relationship skills
Technical problem-solving ability and ability to work independently with self-directed scheduling
Excellent presentation and demonstration skills

Compensation: $85,000 - $95,000 base + annual bonus
